Can't wait for Raging Blast to come out! Its gonna be UBER AWESOME!!! WHOOOOOOOO!!!!

Anyways, I'm all happy now. Looks like I'm gonna get a great job taking care of kids in an after school day care. Part time, great pay, the works! Punching bag, here I come!
----------------------------------------
Well, where to start? I use quite a few programs to show what I hope others perceive as talent: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash mostly. But most of my work is done in Photoshop. Now that I have a tablet, I can draw the way drawing was meant to be done: with a pen and pad!
I guess I can say I get most of my inspiration from various different cartoons, video games, and many different stories. I've always been a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, and I could definitely be considered a very knowledgeable person on the subject! However, my inspiration for serious art came from watching InuYasha. When it first aired in the US on Adult Swim I couldn't stop watching it; it captivated me with it's strange-yet-familiar feeling story and its mythical theme, such as demons and priestesses. One night, while watching the credits for the first season, I was looking at the city shown where Kagome was. I was listening to the soundtrack from Tenchi Movie 2, and for some reason the combination made me really want to do that. It was a weird feeling!
That night I decided to really get serious about drawing and I took the first step in creating a series. I was about 11 then, so its been a while. My inspiration today is mostly rooted in the story of InuYasha and Dragonball Z, the characters always rising to meet their new challenge; the combat is based on Yu-Yu Hakusho in in style and Dragonball Z in pace; and character personalities are mostly based on characters from InuYasha and Sonic.Anyways, onward to my friends!

The dude who got me hooked onto DA. At first I was just a sprite editor using MS Paint, but this guy showed me the light and sent me in the right direction. Now I care enough about my art to get Photoshop and Flash and Illustrator, and Blender and a tablet! Thats alot of caring.

Terry insists that we are friends outside of DA and halo, but he says this because we played maybe 15 matches in Armored Core 4 the other day. Naw, I'm just joking, it was more like 10 lol... Seriously though, this dude is the essence of "shizniz" and he is incredibly funny, if you can get past his humor heavy humor style. If it has mechanical parts, he'll hump it!

Haven't seen him at all lately, but we talk on the phone alot so its cool. He lost his internet and can't post, so he only has something like three submitions. Oh, and BTW, I helped him with the Megaman one.

Hah! This guy just came up out of nowhere one day and we just started talking! Really cool for what I know of him. He has commented on every picture I've posted since he first introduced himself (?) to me. Very friendly, proud to have him on my watch list. Also, he give great critique; he knows how to critique without being harsh, which is ALWAYS a good thing for beginning artists and experts alike!

Extremely funny, very talented. Doesn't like posting online because he doesn't really understand any of the graphics programs like Photoshop or Flash, but damned brilliant when it comes to line art and sketches!

I've known this guy personally for a while. He is "wicked cool" only he makes up words all the time and its really hard to understand what the hell he's saying! But a genius with Illustrator.

This is the person who taught me how to use all the image editing programs I have, like Photoshop and Illustrator. lol Of course, I already knew how to use Flash before I came into her class, but she helped me improve a lot! Anyways, very nice and very knowledgeable about graphics programs.

He is the perfect example of a top notch artist. This dude (to my understanding) doesn't use Photoshop very often; he never needs to! All of his art is done by hand, which, believe me, intimidates me to no end. But he doesn't boast any kind of superiority complex or anything, and he knows a lot about useful techniques. One of the more helpful artists I've met. He is also very nice and can find a way to laugh at almost anything.

I actually met this guy in the Sonic thread on the gaia forums. The two of us are working on a top-secret project together, but it isn't going so smoothly at the moment due to amount of time I spend away from the table. But a tablet should make things easier.

I met her on the same forums as Silva. We know each other a little bit less, but she is still very cool and generous.
Anyways, thats it. Drop me a line some time, or hell even an art trade or a request!

CLUBS

My first club entry. Definitely a good place to "be seen"!

My second club entry. I find a lot of really cool anime here.

Third club, this is a place dedicated to Super Forms, which is great for be me (even though I personally like Sonic in his base form better) drawing Super Sonic can be a bit more exciting than drawing normal Sonic.
